SRS Real Estate boosted its northeast footprint by opening an office in Boston. The Dallas, TX-headquartered company hired Jonathan Lapat to lead its Beantown endeavors.
Lapat comes to SRS with more than 20 years of industry experience. In addition to his role as principal with Strategic Retail Advisors (a company he helped launch in 2001), Lapat spent time at Trammell Crow Co., where he specialized in small-space requirements and developing service stations for Mobil Oil Corp. During his tenure with Strategic Retail Advisors, he focused on tenant representation.
