A new venue has opened up in a downtown mixed-use development.
Prime Champagne Bar is the newest tenant at Lakeview Green.
Located at 2901 Fourth Ave. S. Ste. 1J, Prime Champagne Bar features a full bar stocked with only mid- to top-shelf spirits and serves a variety of classic and custom cocktails curated with an addition of champagne.
Prime, a family-owned business targeting a 25 and older crowd, held its soft opening Feb. 22 through Feb. 25.
Theodore McMullin and Larry “Luckey” McMullin are co-owners of Prime. The duo has been working on opening this new concept for a little over a year after initially signing the lease in September 2022. Michael Byrne with SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office represented the landlord in the deal.
