A rooftop sports bar set to open soon on International Drive may add more space for a beer garden, a raised stage area and more.
Tom’s Watch Bar, the high-end sports bar concept from Smashburger founder Tom Ryan, signed a lease for the top-floor restaurant space at Hollywood Plaza Parking Garage on International Drive in March 2022. Buildout of the space has been ongoing in the two years since, with the Tom’s Watch Bar website indicating the location will open this month.
The lease deal for the top-floor space saw Blake Hunter, senior vice president with SRS Real Estate Partners, represent Tom’s Watch Bar and Alexie Fonseca, senior vice president for Colliers, represent Hollywood Plaza.
