Al’s Hamburgers signs new Arlington lease, and the Meadowlark Apartments sell: Top D-FW real estate deals this week

P3 Partners LLC purchased a 27,675-square-foot office and industrial building at 625 Digital Drive in Plano from Haggard Property Group. Rubicon’s Nathan Rylander and Cameron Rogers brokered the sale with Andy Goldston of Citadel Partners.

Blumenthal Family Trust acquired Grand Lakes Commerce Center, a 193,000-square-foot industrial property at 4000 Interstate 30 in Grand Prairie, from Ironwood Realty Partners LLC and USAA. Ken Wesson of Lee & Associates brokered the sale with David Eseke of Cushman & Wakefield.

Rotary Corp. bought a 101,492-square-foot industrial property located at 10355 Sanden Drive in Dallas. Taylor Stell and Brett Lewis of DFW Lee & Associates brokered the sale.

Peshee LLC acquired an 8,403-square-foot medical property at 2745 E. Belt Line Road in Carrollton. Chris Barnet and Steve Wentz of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale with Banks Newton and Peter Shaw of Lincoln Harris CSG.

An investor purchased the Meadowlark Apartments, a 74-unit apartment property at 1226 South Shiloh Road in Garland. Al Silva and Ford Braly of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

A Texas investor bought a 12,048-square-foot, two-tenant restaurant property on 2.13 acres at 5005 State Highway 121 in The Colony. The property is fully occupied by Knockout Sports Bar + Grill and Osaka Sushi. SRS Real Estate Partners’ Brian Wolfman, Patrick Luther and Matthew Mousavi brokered the deal with Tom Sterquell and Dillon Cook of Range Realty Advisors LLC.

Wesco expanded into 659,000 square feet of industrial space near Interstate 35W at Northport 35 in Northlake. Stream Realty Partners’ Seth Koschak, Forrest Cook, and Bob Hagewood negotiated the lease with ESRP’s Brad Struck and Jim Hazard.

Taylor Morrison Home Corp. signed a 25,856-square-foot lease in Stonebrook Business Park at 6735 Salt Cedar Way in Frisco. Robbie Baty and Travis Boothe of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Chris Doggett and Ashley Curry of JLL.

InfoVision Inc. leased 22,002 square feet of office space in the Eastside Atrium at 800 East Campbell Road in Richardson. Kent Smith NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease with Rick Currey and Pat Hanahan representing AFS Eastside Atrium Ltd.

Continental Battery Corp. leased 20,000 square feet of industrial space at 913 W Carrier Pkwy. in Grand Prairie. Mark Graybill & Colton Rhodes of DFW Lee & Associates negotiated the lease.

Integrative Emergency Services signed an 18,371-square-foot office lease in Heritage One and Two at 4835 and 5001 LBJ Frwy. in Dallas. Craig Wilson and Travis Boothe of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Chuck Sellers and Lindsay Wolcott of Avison Young.

Oceans Healthcare LLC signed a 15,060-square-foot sublease in The Campus at Legacy at 5360 Legacy Drive in Plano. Daniel Rudd and Billy Vahrenkamp of Colliers International negotiated the lease with Mike Wyatt, Robbie Baty, Maureen Cooper Kelly and Travis Boothe of Cushman & Wakefield.

Nueva Vida Internacional Independiente Inc. leased an 8,618-square-foot building at 1503 N. Belt Line Road in Irving to use as a church. Younger Partners’ Kathy Permenter negotiated the lease.

Karate Do leased an 9,300 square feet of retail space at University Hills Shopping Center on West Rochelle Drive and North O’Connor Road in Irving. Inroads Realty broker Taylor LeMaster negotiated the lease.

Schuler Shook signed a 7,369-square-foot lease in Republic Center at 325 Saint Paul St. in Dallas. Mike Wyatt and Cribb Altman of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Trae Anderson of Younger Partners.

California-based Crossover Health opened a 6,344-square-foot health center at 3021 Gateway Drive in Irving The center will serve up to 10,000 employees and their dependents in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area with online and in-person advanced primary care services. Crossover’s Las Colinas health center is its sixth location in the Southwest and 26th in the United States.

Strawn Petroleum Holdings LLC leased 6,345 square feet of office space in The Addison Bank Building at 14951 Dallas Parkway in Dallas. Kent Smith of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease.

Wealth Partners Alliance signed a 5,623-square-foot office lease at 12240 Inwood Road in Dallas. Nathan Denton of DFW Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with Sean Dalton of Younger Partners.

Texas Health Surgery Center Bedford LLC leased an additional 5,683 square feet of medical office space at 1605 Airport Freeway in Bedford. Erik Blais and Paul Richter of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Kyle Jacobs of Rubicon Representation.

American Financial Network signed a 5,096-square-foot office sublease in The Aberdeen at 14841 N. Dallas Pkwy. in Dallas. Jason Dodson of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Grant Frerichs and Tom Lynn of NAI Robert Lynn.

Al’s Hamburgers, a longtime Arlington restaurant, has leased 4,464 square feet of retail space in Fielder Plaza at 1701 W. Randol Mill Road in Arlington. Matt Luedtke, Michael Sweet and Evan Smith of Weitzman handled negotiations.

MDM Permian leased 3,674 square feet of space at Avion Business Center, Building 300, in Carrollton. Trae Anderson and Garrett Marler of Younger Partners negotiated the lease.
