October 4, 2019— SRS Real Estate Partners has expanded to greater Los Angeles with a new office located at 233 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 150 in Santa Monica. The new 7,000-square-foot office is the headquarters for SRS’ Signature Group that is led by Senior Vice President and Managing Principal Mike Rielly who joined SRS in late 2018 to launch this newly-formed group nationally. SRS Signature is a one of a kind service offering that caters to aspirational and high-end brands targeting coast-to-coast growth in high-street, “A” mall, lifestyle, premium outlet and design/arts district environments.
The new Santa Monica office will also be home to members of SRS’ growing capital markets teams, the National Net Lease Group, members of its debt and equity team, and it will serve as an extension of SRS’ Newport Beach office for its tenant rep and project leasing teams that cover the Los Angeles region on behalf of many of their clients.
“SRS needed an office to serve Los Angeles. When you consider it’s the second largest city in North America as well as a renowned hotbed of retail brands and a focus of active commercial development, it was inevitable. We are incredibly excited to be expanding our retail-focused services platform in Southern California and indeed coast to coast,” said Rielly.

SRS National Net Lease Group Managing Principal Matt Mousavi further underscored the need to expand, “In the past 12 months the National Net Lease Group has completed over 350 transactions in more than 35 states, currently marketing over $1.5 billion in property. We’ve been able to grow the team regionally in Southern California and throughout the country. SRS’ footprint now spans 27 offices worldwide. With the addition of the Santa Monica office, we are further equipped to accommodate our growth and be able to provide more coverage to our brokers and clients in the LA market.”
