SRS Real Estate Partners and The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the southeast, today announced that Social Entertainment Ventures, known for delivering exceptional high quality, activity-based hospitality brands, has signed a 10,000-square-foot lease at Star Metals Offices, within the under-construction Star Metals Atlanta development. The specific concept was not disclosed, but is scheduled to open in Summer of 2021.
Brands under the Social Entertainment Venture umbrella include Bounce, AceBounce, Wonderball, Flight Club, and Hijingo.

Situated on both sides of Howell Mill Road at 11th Street, the transcendent, mixed-use Star Metals development will consist of 185,000 square feet of Class-A office space, 409 luxury residential units, 48,000 square feet of prime retail and the 176-key Star Metals Hotel.
