Social Entertainment Ventures Bringing ‘Activity-Based’ Hospitality Brand To Star Metals

Social Entertainment Ventures, the London-based hospitality company behind Bounce, AceBounce, Flight Club, Hijingo, Puttshack, and Wonderball, is bringing one of its “activity-based” concepts to Star Metals, according to a press release Tuesday

The specific concept was not disclosed but is scheduled to open in summer 2021, occupying a 10,000-square-foot space in at Star Metals Offices within the under-construction Star Metals Atlanta development.

Puttshack can likely be ruled out because Social Entertainment Ventures is opening a location in The Interlock nearby.

Adrienne Crawford, senior vice president, and Lily H. Heimburger, senior vice president, with SRS Real Estate Partners represented Star Metals Developer The Allen Morris Company in the lease transaction.

Mathew D. Focht, president with Emerging Concepts, represented the tenant.

Situated on both sides of Howell Mill Road at 11th Street, the mixed-use Star Metals development will consist of 185,000 square feet of Class-A office space, 409 residential units, 48,000 square feet of retail, and the 176-key Star Metals Hotel.
