Dallas-based SRS Real Estate Partners has brought in Ed Heap to help provide tenant and landlord representation services in Houston as first vice president.
Previously, Heap focused on retail tenant and landlord representation as an associate with Weitzman Group. During that time, he worked with such notable tenants and landlords as Santikos Development, Claremont Properties, Ivy Lofts Houston, Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, Malawi’s Pizza, and Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
Heap is a graduate of Sam Houston State University.
