Ed joined SRS in 2017 and focuses on retail tenant representation and landlord representation in the Houston metro area. In the past few years, he has worked on high-profile listings including leasing the retail component of a new luxury high rise building in downtown Houston, and the sale of a historic building in the midtown area. Ed provides commercial real estate services to many notable retailers and landlords. Some of Ed's tenant rep clients include Bombshells, Sub Zero Ice Cream, Juicy Burgers, Take 5 Oil Change, Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, Uberrito, BATL (Backyard Axe Throwing League), Texadelphia, AutoSource, Corky’s BBQ, AutoSavvy, AutoNation, Landry’s, Driven Brands, Batteries Plus, Joybird (La-Z-Boy), and M&M Thrift. Representative landlord clients are Medistar and Ashton Gray.

Prior to joining SRS, Ed was an associate with the Weitzman Group, where he handled retail project leasing and retail tenant representation. He negotiated numerous sale and lease transactions, including several for tenants and landlords in the Houston metropolitan area.

Ed has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Sam Houston State University. Ed is on the Board of Directors for Riceland Management District. He works with many charitable and cultural organizations that benefit the Houston community and is part of the Breeders Greeters Committee for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. In addition, Ed is a member of the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR).
