SRS Real Estate Partners added two new team members to its national net lease group in Newport Beach, CA. Joining the business unit are Brian Wolfman, as first vice president, and Chris Edwards, as senior associate.
Wolfman most recently served at Los Angeles-based Pegasus Investments Real Estate Advisory, Inc. and brings six years of experience as an investment sales advisor. He focuses on the sale of single- and multi-tenant properties, as well as shopping centers nationwide.
Edwards joins from KW Commercial, and brings seven years of experience focusing on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased assets nationwide. He has handled the purchase and sale of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail, including extensive experience in 1031 exchanges.
