SRS Continues Expansion With Few in Newport Beach

John Few has joined SRS Real Estate Partners as a senior vice president and managing principal with its Orange County office in Newport Beach, California.

In his new role, Few joins the firm’s Southern California leadership team and SRS Signature Group, a service line catering to aspirational and high-end brands targeting growth across high-street retail sites, Class A lifestyle malls and premium outlets across the country.

At SRS, Few will continue his focus on entertainment and restaurant real estate while building a team of retail specialists and working with Managing Principal Mike Reilly to further expand the team.

“John is a best-in-class representative with an impressive profile. I look forward to building our team and market reach with his added retail industry insight,” said Rielly.

Few brings more than 27 years of brokerage and retail experience, most recently as founding partner of The Sequoia Restaurant and Entertainment Group, where he spent over 16 years in development consulting and brokerage services across the country for a client list that included Lazy Dog Restaurants, Yard House Restaurants, Handcrafted Restaurants, The Hillstone Restaurant Group, The Alicart Restaurant Group, Hard Rock Café International, Il Fornaio, Paul Martin’s American Grill, Red O Restaurants and The MINA Group.

Before that, Few co-founded and managed the Staubach restaurant and entertainment group within Staubach Retail and he served as director of real estate and business development for Disney Regional Entertainment, where he led the creation of location-based concepts including ESPN Zone, DisneyQuest and ClubDisney. Few’s experience also includes real estate work with PepsiCo, Taco Bell and Chevy’s Fresh Mexican Restaurants.

Few said he is partnering with SRS as part of the Signature Group “to provide development consulting and brokerage services to best-of-class restaurant and entertainment concepts, with the added national and international resources that the SRS platform provides.”
