Patrick Nutt joined SRS as executive vice president for the National Net Lease Group and market leader in the Fort Lauderdale office in 2019. He leads the Fort Lauderdale office where he is tasked with recruiting and expansion efforts in the region and elevating the SRS brand throughout Florida. Additionally, Patrick Co-heads the National Net Lease Group for SRS, a group of 60+ investment sales professionals who in 2022 managed over 760 transactions with an aggregate value of nearly $3 Billion in net lease real estate. Patrick has more than 15 years of net-lease-focused experience, primarily representing developers and institutional clients in facilitating the purchase and sale of single and multi-tenant net-leased assets across retail, office, industrial and medical use properties. Over his career, he has personally lead transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion across more than 1,000 transactions. Prior to SRS, Patrick was Managing Partner at Calkain Companies where he oversaw the company’s private market brokerage division, collaborated on strategic planning for the company, and served as the company spokesman for public relations and industry events. He was recognized by Florida Trend Magazine as a Top 30 Under 30 in 2008 and as one of Real Estate Forum’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2011. He has also been recognized as a top producer in his career a total of eight times, a CoStar Top Sales Broker every year since 2018, a Connect CRE Top Broker in Florida in 2020 and 2022, and a Real Estate Forum Net Lease Influencer for the past four years.
Patrick is a graduate of the University of Florida where he serves on the Executive Committee of the Advisory Board for the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies. He is also a member of ICSC, and ARC Broward, an organization that works within the community to change how people with developmental disabilities and life challenges are embraced and included. He is an avid Saltwater fisherman and actively works with The Billfish Foundation and International Game Fish Association to assist with billfish research efforts.
