Old Navy has signed a lease for a new store at The Shops at Walnut Creek in Westminster, CO.
The American clothing and accessories retailer will open a 15,331-square-foot location at 10460 Town Center Dr., one of 14 buildings that comprise the 413,466-square-foot Shops at Walnut Creek.
Constructed in 2005, the Westminster power center is anchored by Target, PetSmart, Michaels and TJ Maxx.
SRS Real Estate Partners’ Erik Christopher represented the landlord, InvenTrust Properties, in negotiations. Christopher Burton of Legend Partners represented the tenant.
