SRS wins listing for Edgewood Retail District

SRS broker Lily Heimburger represents the 540,000-square-foot retail center located in Atlanta

ATLANTA, August 10, 2010 SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), the largest national retail real estate company in the country, has won the listing of Edgewood Retail District in Atlanta. The 540,000-square-foot retail center is represented by Atlanta-based SRS broker, Lily Heimburger. The property, which is located near I-20 with multiple access points along Moreland Avenue, is co-anchored by Target and Lowe’s and has anywhere from 861 to 4,144-square-feet of space available. Co-tenants include Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Kroger, Barnes & Noble, Ross, Office Depot and PETCO.

“A buyer couldn’t ask for a better location. In addition to excellent signage and ample parking, it is the perfect blend of cozy local boutiques, eateries and national retailers,” said Heimburger, senior associate for SRS Real Estate Partners’ Atlanta office. “The development does a really good job of combining new and old surroundings. There is even an old historic building that has been transformed into lofts.”

Heimburger joined SRS’ Atlanta office in July 2010 and specializes in landlord representation. Her expertise includes retail leasing for existing developments and pre-leasing of new developments.
