The 540,000-square-foot retail center is represented by Atlanta-based SRS broker, Lily Heimburger. The property, which is located near I-20 with multiple access points along Moreland Avenue, is co-anchored by Target and Lowe’s and has anywhere from 861 to 4,144-square-feet of space available. Co-tenants include Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Kroger, Barnes & Noble, Ross, Office Depot and PETCO.
