Blake Hunter is consistently recognized as a Top Producer for SRS, and has executed over 300 transactions with a value exceeding $500 million. He joined SRS in 2006 and is based in the Orlando office.
Blake represents national and regional retail and restaurant clients throughout Central Florida. He provides full-service market entry for best in class retail and restaurant clients, from the strategic planning phase, to site selection and sale/lease negotiations. He has directed strategic rollouts of national credit tenant rep clients, including Pacific Dental, where he has executed over 50 transactions totaling more than $75 million since 2015. Additionally, he represents clients in commercial land transactions and several national tenants in site acquisition.

Blake also has a significant record of achievement in providing comprehensive real estate services to retailers and owners of retail real estate. He specializes in landlord leasing and works closely with developers to identify, acquire, and lease high profile sites in core markets as well as sourcing off market redevelopment opportunities. He has extensive knowledge of retail development, build-to-suit development, and executing expansion programs for a variety of retailers.
