SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) and Third & Urban are pleased to announce a new lease with East Pole Coffee Co. at Armour Yards, a new loft office redevelopment in Atlanta. East Pole, an Atlanta-focused specialty coffee roaster founded by Matt Chesla, Jared Karr, and Jules Tompkins, will move into a 1,713-square-foot space, which will double as a café and coffee roastery. The space will prominently feature the company’s roasting production, similar to an open-kitchen restaurant concept.
"We have a high value for transparency, which has come through in the way we sell our coffee. We provide as much information as possible on the coffees we roast and sell. I think this value will bleed over into our plans with our new location at Armour Yards,” said Tompkins, branding guru for East Pole. “The idea is to center the whole experience of the café on our roasting production, which will be visible to patrons. We'll be able to showcase everything that we do and a big part of that is operating a full-scale, top-notch café experience in a part of town that would welcome a local specialty coffee brand."
Amour Yards is positioned between Buckhead and Midtown, along Ottley Drive and Armour Drive off of the intersection of Monroe Drive and Armour Drive. The redevelopment boasts of efficient access to all areas of Atlanta. A total of seven buildings will house over 275,000 square feet of loft office space, collaborative meeting areas, restaurants, fitness and outdoor gathering spaces. The campus is currently home to SweetWater Brewing Company, American Spirit Works, Atlanta Track Club, Georgia Organics and Fox Bros BBQ commissary kitchen. The new mixed-use development is being redeveloped by local firm Third & Urban.
