(Newport Beach, California) January 24, 2008 — Staubach Retail announces that CarMax has leased approximately 8 acres of land from C.J. Segerstrom & Sons at 3200 Harbor Boulevard in Costa Mesa, California. Scott Riddles, Executive Vice President, and Todd Folger, Vice President, of Staubach Retail represented CarMax in the transaction. This location will be the 10th CarMax Superstore in Southern California. The store is expected to open summer 2008.
