Staubach Retail has expanded into the Carolinas with an office in Charlotte.
The company has moved three brokers into the local offices of its parent company, The Staubach Co., at 121 W. Trade St.
Staubach Retail plans to hire more employees as its business grows in the Charlotte market.
Staubach Retail provides brokerage, development, capital and consulting services to retail users and retail owners of real estate. The company also markets its services to automotive, restaurant, entertainment, food and drug retailers.
The Staubach Co., based in Texas, is a global real estate advisory firm.
