SRS Real Estate Partners has announced a trio of new leases at Burbank Town Center, the 1.2 million-square-foot retail center anchoring downtown Burbank. The largest of these new tenants, at 43,355 square feet, is Round 1 Bowling & Amusement, a multi-entertainment facility offering bowling, arcade games, billiards, private party rooms with karaoke, and food and drink. Round 1 will open March 2020.
A second lease includes a full-service restaurant by Michael Kwan Restaurant concepts, called Han Korean BBQ, scheduled to open late 2020 at Burbank Town Center’s Magnolia Blvd. entrance, part of a nearly $70 million renovation of the center that includes its new dining terrace constructed above the entry.
