DALLAS (October 4, 2021) – Last week, SRS Real Estate Partners welcomed their women-in-real-estate group, SOAR, to Dallas for the first ever SOAR Connection Event. The group was excited to hear from multiple guest speakers within the industry providing insights and advice from their various perspectives, as well as take part in discussions surrounding women’s roles in the commercial real estate arena. The group was thrilled to meet with their peers in person, and to have the opportunity to network and to learn from one another.
SRS launched the SOAR program in 2020 with goals of developing a community of female brokers and producers within SRS that can help move the needle and empower existing team members to further advance their careers. SOAR was established, and is currently led, by some of the most well-respected women in the retail broker industry. Ray Uttenhove, managing principal in the Atlanta office, Karla Smith, managing principal in the Dallas/Ft. Worth office, and Stephanie Davis, senior vice president in the Phoenix office, are currently leading the group and hosted the program.
