Alba Named to New Position

SRS Real Estate Partners’ Phoenix office has announced Jeff Alba its new vice president. He will oversee project analysis, lease negotiations and pad sales for retail landlords and tenants, along with marketing strategy implementation.
Alba has more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience. He has an extensive history of representing landlords in power and anchored shopping centers. He has also handled market expansion for huge retailers such as Anytime Fitness, Comerica Bank and FedEx Kinko’s.
Before the move to SRS Real Estate Partners, Alba had been a partner at Strategic Retail Group.
