SRS Real Estate Partners Formalizes Multi-Tenant Investment Sales Leadership out of Atlanta and Expands Team

SRS Real Estate Partners is proud to announce they have formalized leadership in the Southeast for their Investment Properties Group, which focuses on multi-tenant investment sales. Kyle Stonis, CCIM, Managing Principal, and Pierce Mayson, Principal, out of Atlanta will lead the multi-tenant investment sale activity, recruiting and expansion efforts in the region. Since joining in 2011, Kyle and Pierce have made significant strides in establishing their team as one of the preeminent investment sales teams in the Southeast. The formalization of SRS’ Investment Properties leadership and continued growth of the team further establishes SRS’ role as an industry leader in retail investment sales across the U.S. Since re-igniting SRS’ investment sale activity in the Southeast in 2011, Kyle and Pierce have completed over $1 billion in sales transactions across 15 states.

SRS’ Investment Properties Group and National Net Lease Group have recently welcomed two more highly respected investment sales experts with the addition of Rob Whitmire, as senior vice president, and Giles Stevens, as vice president. Mr. Whitmire, located in Jacksonville, Florida, expands the Investment Properties Group’s presence in north and central Florida. He will focus on the disposition of multi-tenant shopping centers across the Southeast. He joins SRS with more than thirteen years of experience in commercial real estate. He most recently worked with Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group where he specialized in retail investment sales representing institutional buyers, high net-worth individuals and private investment companies. Throughout his career he has closed commercial real estate transactions at a value of more than $200 million throughout Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Giles Stevens, based in SRS’ Atlanta office, specializes in single-tenant net lease investment sales nationwide and will utilize SRS’ National Net Lease Group platform. He joins SRS with fifteen years of commercial real estate experience. He most recently worked with Lee & Associates where he successfully executed lease restructures and extensions for clients such as Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, AutoZone, Panera Bread, Sherwin-Williams, Taco Bell, Advance Auto Parts, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Dunkin' Donuts, Aaron's Rents, Goodyear, Arby's, Rite-Aid, Verizon Wireless, Family Dollar, and Dollar General. In the past four years Giles has closed over 100 transactions at a total value of more than $100 million.
