SRS Real Estate Partners Adds Three Team Members to Growing National Net Lease Group Presence in Florida

Scott Campbell, Connor Barton, and Albina Su join in South Florida as part of the National Net Lease Group

DALLAS (May 17, 2019) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to welcome three new team members to the National Net Lease Group in the South Florida office. Scott Campbell has joined as first vice president, while Connor Barton has joined as an associate, and both focus on net lease investments. Additionally, Albina Su has joined as marketing coordinator to provide marketing and transaction support to the growing National Net Lease Group presence in Florida.

Last week, SRS announced the arrival of Patrick Nutt as executive vice president of the National Net Lease Group and market leader in the South Florida office, and William Wamble as first vice president of the National Net Lease Group in the Tampa office. These five new team members strengthen the National Net Lease Group’s presence in Florida and the Southeast and further demonstrates their commitment to adding top net-lease talent across the nation.

Scott Campbell joins SRS with more than 10 years of experience, most recently with Calkain as director of net lease investments. There, he negotiated the sale of properties ranging from $500,000 to $40 million in value alongside Patrick Nutt. Over his five years with the company, he transacted more than $200 million in single- and multi-tenant retail investment properties.

“Prior to Scott moving to South Florida, he was a Georgia native for more than 30 years. He has done a great job of expanding his reach beyond Florida across the Southeast, most recently closing three separate net lease transactions to three different buyers in the Augusta, Georgia market,” said Nutt.

Connor Barton joins SRS with two years of experience, most recently with Calkain where he focused on the disposition of net-leased assets alongside Patrick Nutt. Prior to that, he worked with Franklin Street, where he focused on the disposition of retail strip centers in South Florida.
“Connor has shown a detailed understanding of not only the single-tenant space, but has also worked and closed numerous transactions on unanchored retail strip centers, with three projects currently under contract,” said Nutt.

Albina Su joins SRS with five years of experience in marketing and graphic design. As part of the Calkain team, she worked closely with both the marketing team and the team of brokers on marketing collateral, advertising assets, e-mail campaigns, brochures, presentations, trade show materials, and outreach to local and national media.
