Scott Campbell

First Vice President

Scott Campbell joined SRS in 2019 as first vice president as part of the Capital Markets team in South Florida and shortly thereafter transferred to Atlanta. Previously with Calkain as director of net lease investments, he negotiated the sale of properties ranging from $500,000 to $40 million in value alongside Patrick Nutt. Over his five years with the company, he transacted more than $200 million in single- and multi-tenant retail investment properties.

Scott is a graduate of Kennesaw State University and a member of ICSC and the National Association of Realtors. He is also certified as a Leadership Facilitator at Empower House Leadership Consultancy in Atlanta, Georgia.
