SRS Real Estate Partners Adds New Broker to Phoenix Office

(Phoenix, Arizona) October 01, 2009 – SRS Real Estate Partners’ Phoenix office announces the addition of Jeff Alba as vice president. He will work on project analysis, marketing strategy implementation, pad sales and lease negotiations for retail tenants and landlords.
Jeff brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience including extensive involvement with landlord representation for power and grocery anchored shopping centers throughout Arizona.
Jeff also has strong experience with tenant representation and helped complete the initial market expansion for Comerica Bank, FedEx Kinko’s and Anytime Fitness in the Metropolitan Phoenix area.
In addition to his leasing and sales background, Jeff has a thorough understanding of the retail development process, including the project management for multiple shopping center developments.
Prior to joining SRS Real Estate Partners, he was a partner at Strategic Retail Group.
