SRS Hires Two New Professionals
Sue Hightower and William Snow joined SRS Real Estate Partners as vice president and senior associate, respectively. They will work on a national level to promote the single-tenant investment sales business. Prior to joining the firm, Hightower was vice president of Investment Property Sales for GE Capital Solutions, where she specialized in sale-leaseback financing and maximizing net income through the sale of investment properties. She brings 15 years of experience in selling and managing single-tenant net leased assets to the position. Snow joins SRS from GE Capital Solutions, as well, where he served as an investment property sales representative under Hightower’s management for eight years.
