William Wamble has joined SRS Real Estate Partners as a first vice president with its national net lease group.
Based in the firm’s Tampa, Florida, office, Wamble will continue growing the firm’s enhanced focus on net-leased investment sales – where the tenant pays the taxes, insurance and maintenance, reducing the risk of ownership for the landlord.
Wamble brings more than six years of experience to the firm, most recently handling retail leasing and investment sales at Redstone Commercial LLC, where he completed more than $75 million in commercial transactions. Before that, he was with Marcus & Millichap.
The news follows SRS’ announcement last week that it hired Patrick Nutt as executive vice president of the group and market leader of its South Florida office.
