Lyman, S.C. — SRS Real Estate Partners has arranged the sale of Lyman Corners, a 45,704-square-foot shopping center in Lyman, a city in upstate South Carolina.
Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, The Pastime Amusement Co. Club Forest Lyman LLC acquired the asset for an undisclosed price. At the time of sale, Lyman Corners was fully leased to tenants including BI-LO and H&R Block.
