(Houston, Texas) April 22, 2008 – Adler Property Companies, LLP dba John Eagle Honda purchased 3.19 acres of land at Lot 3H in the Westland Business Park located at the SEQ West Road & Highway 290 in Houston, Texas. The existing auto dealership will be expanded. Scott Shillings, Senior Vice President, and Matt Strange, Senior Associate, with Staubach Retail’s Houston office represented the Purchaser. Gray Gilbert of CB Richard Ellis represented the Seller, Texas General Land Office.
