A new Midtown high rise will soon be home to eateries from two spots that have already made a splash in metro Atlanta.
The 29-story residential high-rise Modera by Mill Creek, located at 95 8th St. NW, will welcome a second metro Atlanta location of Halal Guys, as well as Momonoki, from the team behind Decatur’s Brush Sushi Izakaya.

The Halal Guys, A New York City-based food truck turned brick-and-mortar that serves up Middle Eastern-spiced pita sandwiches and platters served over rice, saw long lines when it opened its first metro Atlanta location on Buford Highway in January. It’s expected to open its Midtown location in the first part of 2018.
Modern Japanese concept Momonoki is set to open by the end of 2017. The restaurant is the second from the team behind Brush Sushi Izakaya, which opened its doors in Decatur in early 2016.
The 2,268 square-foot restaurant, which will also feature a large patio, will offer a menu of emphasizing Japanese comfort cuisine
