Longwood shops
Starbucks leased 3,072 square feet at the former Boston Market space in Longwood Village Shopping Center, 1855 W. State Road 434, with plans to open in the spring. Also in that center, Chianti’s Pizza is open after leasing 2,773 square feet, formerly Carmella’s Restaurant. T-Mobile is open after leasing 1,322 square feet. Cindy Schooler and Alex Bisbee, both of SRS Real Estate Partners, represented the landlord, Insurance Office of America.
