Name Change

Staubach Retail Services is changing its name to SRS Real Estate Partners. The firm, which has an office in Atlanta, will continue to focus on representation of retail real estate clients. Company founder and former Dallas Cowboy quarterback Roger Staubach remains on the SRS Real Estate Partners board and an equity holder.

Last June, Staubach sold The Staubach Co. to Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., but Staubach Retail and Cypress Equities remained independent firms. The name change is part of new steps for the company, including some new services, said Ray Uttenhove, vice president and managing principal at SRS Real Estate Partners’ Atlanta office.

Project leasing and development consulting are two new service lines. Project leasing includes representing landlords and developers from the start to finish of a shopping center.
