Mandola’s Italian Market Leases Space
at the Shops at Arbor Trails in Austin, Texas

(Austin, Texas) August 10, 2009 – Mandola’s Italian Market recently signed a lease for 6,011 square feet at the Shops at Arbor Trails in Austin, Texas. This will be the popular eatery’s third location in Austin and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2010.
“There are very few restaurants of this size and caliber executing long-term leases in this market,” said Austin McWilliams, Associate with SRS Real Estate Partners, “it is an indication of the success of Mandola’s concept and of the real estate. We are pleased that Mandola’s chose the Shops at Arbor Trails for its south Austin location.”
