AUSTIN – (November 18, 2009) – SRS Real Estate Partners today announced Nationwide Insurance, The Little Gym and Torchy’s Taco have all leased space for new locations at The Shops at Arbor Trails in Austin.
Nationwide Insurance is relocating from Lakeway and will occupy a 1,291-square-foot space. The Little Gym is also relocating from across William Cannon Drive and will occupy a 3,915-square-foot space. Torchy’s Tacos will occupy an end cap space facing William Cannon Drive, marking its fourth location in Austin. The Shops at Arbor Trails is a prime location for all three businesses, as the area already includes a great mix of local and national shops and restaurants.
