Gumbo’s Leases Former Chili’s in Austin, Texas

(Austin, Texas) July 16, 2009 – Gumbo’s Louisiana Style Cafe has leased a former Chili’s located at Loop 360 and West Lake Drive in Austin, Texas. The 5,682 sq ft. building is the third location for Gumbo’s in the Austin area.
Sean Murphy, associate in the Austin office, and Mark Reeder, executive vice president in the Dallas office, both of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Brinker (Chili’s) and Brad Campbell with Circle C Ranch Sales and Real Estate Investments represented Gumbo’s.
