Goodwill Industries of Central Texas is expanding its retail presence in Round Rock and Bastrop with two new locations.
The new Goodwill Round Rock location will occupy 21,400-square-foot space at Highway 79, a 20 percent increase over its former Round Rock store. Goodwill’s Bastrop location, its first in that city, spans 11,069 square feet at the intersection of FM 304 and State Highway 71.
Robert O’Farrell of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Goodwill. Rick Motycka of Midway Real Estate was the developer in the Round Rock location and Howard Schain was the developer in the Bastrop location.
“We are excited to represent Goodwill in its Round Rock and Bastrop locations,” said O’Farrell, vice president of SRS Real Estate Partners. “By adding two more locations, Goodwill is steadily growing and providing more convenience and services to those in the greater Austin area.”
