ATLANTA (August 31, 2016) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) is pleased to announce that the project leasing team in Atlanta has secured a lease with Caravaca Market at The Trace, a new mixed-use development in Midtown Atlanta. Caravaca Market, a new restaurant concept from chef and TV Host Harry Pagancoss, will consist of 5,981 square feet of street level restaurant space and will include an urban market. Showcased within the market will be a bakery and cafe, wine shop, and craft beer bar.
“Caravaca Market will provide an exciting urban market concept which is lacking in Midtown,” said Lily H. Heimburger, vice president of SRS Real Estate Partners’ Atlanta office. “The European-style restaurant will not only enhance amenities at The Trace but also become a destination to the surrounding neighborhoods.”
The Trace is located at 780 Peachtree Street on the southwest corner of Peachtree Street and Fifth Street. The residential tower will consist of 12 stories and will include 290 upscale apartment units along with the restaurant space. The new mixed-use development is set to complete construction in fall of 2016 and is being constructed by premier luxury developer JLB Partners.
