SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group Continues Strong Growth with Addition of Two New Team Members in Newport Beach

DALLAS (March 14, 2018) – SRS Real Estate Partners has announced that the National Net Lease Group (NNLG) has grown again with the addition of two new team members located in their Newport Beach office. Joining the NNLG are Brian Wolfman as first vice president, and Chris Edwards as senior associate. Brian and Chris are the latest additions to the flourishing team that is headquartered in Newport Beach, Calif.

The NNLG, operating as a single and collaborative platform headquartered in SRS’ Newport Beach office, with transactions taking place in over 35 states, has recruited some of the most talented net lease brokers across the nation, and is one of the most active net lease investment teams in the country. They currently have over 40 individuals dedicated exclusively to seller and buyer representation of net lease investments nationally, with team members located from Southern California to the Manhattan office in New York, and in select markets throughout the country. The team’s presence expands coast to coast, providing best-in-class service in the net lease arena.

Brian Wolfman joins SRS with six years of experience as an investment sales advisor focusing on the sale of single-tenant properties, multi-tenant properties, and shopping centers nationwide. Most recently, he worked with Pegasus Investments Real Estate Advisory, Inc., in Los Angeles. As Brian began his real estate career, he was responsible for transaction management, investment analysis, research, business development, and support of senior members of the firm. Once he was fully immersed in the business, he transitioned to the capital markets division and was instrumental in growing the business and originating acquisition financing for net lease retail properties nationwide. With a thorough knowledge of the capital markets, Brian transitioned back into an investment sale role roughly three years ago and services private investors, family offices, developers, and public and private REITs.

Chris Edwards joins SRS with seven years of experience focusing on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased assets for clients nationwide. Originally from Philadelphia, he began his career in finance when he relocated to Los Angeles. Five years later, he transitioned into investment sales with Marcus & Millichap and another national firm. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in the purchase and sale of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail including banks, dollar stores, and grocery stores, and also has a background in medical and multi-family properties. He has extensive experience with 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and utilizes this knowledge to provide clients with strategic solutions to meet their goals.
