PHOENIX (January 17, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that Centerpoint Holdings, LLC has leased a 6,163-square-foot space to Zipps Sports Grill. Centerpoint on Mill is strategically located at the northwest corner of University Drive and Mill Avenue in the heart of downtown Tempe. The sports grill will open this Spring.
