(Atlanta, Georgia) April 7, 2010 – Ray Uttenhove, Executive Vice President and Managing Principal, and Liz Kabat Whiteside, Senior Vice President and Principal, were recognized by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as the top retail producers for 2009 in a ceremony at the St. Regis Hotel in Atlanta on Thursday, March 18. Each claimed nearly $15 million in transaction volume in 2009.
Ray stated, “Real estate markets like the present one make you better at what you do.” She currently represents TJ Maxx / Marshalls / Home Goods, Barnes & Noble and Toys “R” Us / Babies “R” Us. Ray has been with SRS Real Estate Partners since 2005, and has worked in retail real estate for over 25 years.
Liz credits her success in 2009 to perseverance and passion. She oversaw the successful opening of 16 Target stores in Tennessee last year. Liz also joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2005, and has over 22 years experience in retail real estate.
