The recently opened College Park development within The University of Texas at Arlington campus will get two new eateries – Digg’s Taco Shop and Smiling Moose Deli.
The two new restaurants are expected to open this fall.
Digg’s Taco Shop, a taco and Mexican restaurant, has leased 2,906 square feet of retail space for its second location in North Texas. Smiling Moose Deli, a sandwich deli, has leased 2,120 square feet of retail space for its fourth location in Texas.
College Park opened in August 2012. The development has signed numerous restaurants, including Pie Five Pizza Co. and Pho Xpress.
Cory McCord of Retail Plazas represented Digg’s Taco Shop. Jennifer Frank with Princeton Partners represented Smiling Moose Deli. Frank Bullock and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the university in the real estate deals.
