According to its website, Villa Sport is actively scouting locations west of the Mississippi River. Its ideal locations should have approximately 25,000 households in a three-mile radius, with incomes in excess of $70,000 to $90,000 per year. It requires sites with a minimum of 92,000 square feet to accommodate its building footprint.
