TAMPA – SRS Real Estate Partners has announced the opening of an office in Tampa and the addition of two experienced real estate professionals, Garrett Williams and Jeremy Kral, to the team.
Garrett Williams, who joins as vice president, is a local area retail real estate veteran. Previously, he was a broker with Colliers Arnold in Tampa for five years, where he was recognized as a Top Producer in 2008. Williams also served for two years as a leasing associate with American Realty in Tampa. His expertise includes assisting national, regional and local retail/restaurant brands with strategic planning, site acquisition for multi-unit rollouts, project leasing, corporate dispositions, and development consulting.
Also joining as vice president, Jeremy Kral brings eight years of experience in retail and restaurant real estate, as well as in-depth expertise in GIS (Geographical Information Systems). Jeremy was a senior retail/restaurant specialist with Colliers Arnold prior to joining SRS Real Estate Partners, and, before that, served as the firm’s executive director of market analytics and GIS.
Kral will continue serving Tilted Kilt, Eyeglass World, Bruegger’s Bagels, and Pier 1 Imports, among others, and is also doing disposition work for Toys “R” Us and Sears Holding Corp.
