DALLAS – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), the largest national real estate company in the country exclusively dedicated to retail services, represented Andrew Ormsby Catering in the lease of a 3,200-square-foot space to Three Sheets in Dallas. The new tenant, a pub-style concept from the owners of well-known Dallas hot spots Lotus and The Hacienda on Henderson, has leased the former Tucker Restaurant site located along Ross Avenue.
SRS brokers Jason Puig, vice president and director of the restaurant and entertainment group for the southwest region, and Rick Ikeler, director, represented the landlord, Andrew Ormsby Catering, in the transaction. Ben Johnson of John T. Evans Company represented the tenant, Three Sheets.
“This was the perfect opportunity for Three Sheets to take advantage of one of Dallas’ prime locations. It’s perfectly situated between downtown and a residential area that is heavily populated by young professionals,” said Puig. “Spaces in this location are hard to come by and to have Andrew Ormsby Catering as a neighbor is very beneficial.”
The new tenant signed a five-year lease agreement. Three Sheets officially opened its doors in August of this year.
