ATLANTA – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) has been selected by developer Barnhart Guess Properties, LLC to lease five properties totaling more than 1.3 million square feet. SRS senior vice president, Liz Whiteside, and senior associate, Lily Heimburger, represent the landlord in the following five listings:
- Conyers Commons, located at 2239 Highway 20 in Conyers, Ga., has 1,476 – 1,677 square feet of space available for lease. Co-tenants include Target, Ross Stores, Sports Authority, Kirkland’s Home, Famous Footwear, FedEx Office, Cartridge World and Mattress Firm.
- East-West Commons, located at 1757 East West Connector in Austell, Ga., has 1,080 square feet of leasable space. The power center is anchored by Target, Lowe’s, T.J. Maxx, Borders and Office Max. Co-tenants include AJWright, Party City, Chili’s, PetSmart, Famous Footwear and Hibbett Sports.
- East-West Crossing, located at 4180 Austell Road in Austell, Ga., has available space ranging from 1,080 – 5,613 square feet. Kohl’s, Ross Stores, Catherine’s and Rack Room anchor the center and co-tenants include Walgreens, Red Lobster, AT&T and IHOP.
- Northlake Square, located at 4135 LaVista Road in Tucker, Ga., has 1,400 square feet of space available. Best Buy anchors the center and co-tenants include Shoe Land, Great Clips, Fast Signs and Weight Watchers.
- The Centre at Deane Hill, located at 200 Morrell Road in Knoxville, Tenn., has 2,500 – 5,000 available square feet of space for lease. The center is anchored by Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Stein Mart, Food City, Old Navy and PetSmart. Co-tenants include Borders, A.C. Moore, Off Broadway, Jared’s Jewelers, The School Box and Dollar Tree.
