Ed Beeh and Robbie Petty represented the landlord, Verus Laveen, LLC, in a retail lease transaction for a 1,333-square-foot space to Kumon Math & Reading Center at Baseline Village Shopping Center, located at the northwest corner of Baseline Road and 35th Avenue, Phoenix, Ariz. Chris Jantz with Cassidy Turley represented the tenant.
Scott Ellsworth represented the tenant, LoanMax in a retail lease transaction for a 1,803-square-foot freestanding building located east of the northeast corner of Cactus Road and 75th Avenue in Peoria, Ariz. Patricia Wodrich with Preserve Property Management represented the landlord, Gill Family Trust
Ed Beeh and Robbie Petty represented the tenant, NextCare, in a retail lease renewal for a 3,500-square-foot space located at the northwest corner of Beardsley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway, Peoria, Ariz.
Chuck Gibson and Scott Ellsworth represented the Landlord, Vestar, in a retail lease transaction for a 3,000-square-foot space to Spark Day Spa.
