SRS Real Estate Partners Opens 19th Nationwide Office in San Jose, Calif.

Adds new project leasing and investment sales team

San Jose, Calif. – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) has opened the doors on its newest office in San Jose, Calif. The office, which specializes in project leasing and investment sales, includes the addition of six new team members: Randol Y Mackley, Bruce H. Frazer, Bob Quigley, Mark Thomas and Stephen Gazzera, previously with Retail Real Estate Group, will all hold the title of senior vice president, while Peggy Owen, previously with Prime Commercial, Inc., has been named an associate. They will be joined by Sarah Edwards, a senior associate from the company’s San Francisco office.

Collectively, the team has spent more than 15 decades in retail real estate representing landlords and tenants in the Silicon Valley. Notable leasing transactions include Albertsons, Whole Foods Market, Costco Wholesale, AMC Theaters, Walgreens, Longs Drugs and Rite Aid. Additionally, they have represented more than 55 retail centers from the ground up. Properties sold include Victorian Square, Andronico’s Center, One South Market, Eastmont Town Center, Mariani Packing Facility and Best Western as well as more than $100 million in land development sales.
