PHOENIX (August 13, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners is pleased to announce that Goodwill has leased a 50,000-square-foot space located at the northwest corner of Thomas Road and 32nd Street in Phoenix, Ariz. The existing Goodwill is relocating to a larger space in this same shopping center and plans to open in early 2013. Ed Beeh and Robbie Petty with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Bodega Latina Corporation, in the transaction. Andy Kroot with Velocity Retail represented the tenant, Goodwill.
