The property, which sits on 3.58 acres of land, is located at 2325 South Stemmons Freeway.
SRS brokers Daniel Taylor, senior vice president, and Mark Newman, executive vice president, represented the buyer, Moran Capital LLC, in the transaction. Mike Friedman of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, CC Acquisitions LLP.
In addition to representing the buyer in the sale, Taylor and Newman have been enlisted by Moran Capital LLC to lease the building. Neighboring stores include Bed Bath and Beyond, L.A. Fitness, PetSmart, Barnes & Noble, Target and Sports Authority.
