• SRS Real Estate Partners represented 737 Investment and Development Company in the lease of 3,200 square feet to Beggar’s Pizza in Chicago. The property is located in Archer Cicero Plaza at 5133 South Cicero Avenue. Chris Ilekis, a vice president in SRS’ Chicago office, represented the landlord in the transaction.
• SRS Real Estate Partners represented Midwest Gold Buyers in three leases throughout the greater Chicago area: 1,288 square feet located at 1095 Ogden Avenue in Naperville, Ill.; 1,000 square feet located at 7103 W. North Avenue in Oak Park, Ill.; and 1,700 square feet located at 7928 West 159th Street in Orland Park, Ill. Chicago-based brokers Jason Sorce and Sean Steuart represented Midwest Gold Buyers in the transactions.
• SRS Real Estate Partners represented EPK Partnership in the lease of 3,164 square feet to Stinger Golf in Oak Park, Ill. The property is located at 200 West Lake Street. Jason Sorce and Sean Steuart, both vice presidents in SRS’ Chicago office, represented the landlord in the transaction.
